使用DocuSign

Most forms can be submitted through DocuSign. DocuSign is an application that allows students to securely complete 和 标志 forms digitally, eliminating the need to print 和 scan PDF documents.

  重要提示:

  • 所有表格都需要学生的电子邮件验证. Once you complete all fields of the form 和 are ready to 标志, an email will be sent to you. Click on "Review Document" to actually 标志 和 submit the form.
  • To submit any form, you will need your DU ID. You can find your DU ID listed at the bottom of every email you receive from 金融援助. If you aren't sure what your DU ID is, please contact us before submitting any form through DocuSign. Incorrect IDs will cause delays in processing your application.
  • If you need to collect additional information or documentation to complete a form, you can click the "Other Actions" button in the upper right corner 和 select "Finish Later." Return to your form at any time by clicking on the link in your email.
  • All emails from DocuSign will have "DU 金融援助 Office via DocuSign" as the sender.
  
   

  如何填写文件设计表格:

  1. Click on the link to the form you need to submit.
  2. Go through the form 和 complete all required fields.
  3. Once finished, you'll receive an email with the name of the form in the subject line. Click on the "Review Document" button, which will take you to back to your completed form. You must 标志 和 click "finish" to submit the form to our office.
  4. You'll receive a copy of the completed form via email.
  5. The form will then be routed back to 金融援助 和 will be attached to your financial aid account, 一般在1-3天内.
